CLC reserves the rights to deny any admission without giving any reason whatsoever it may be.
Confirm your age, eligibility & domicile for next coming NEET, JEE & NDA Exam. CLC will not be responsible for any matter regarding age, eligibility & domicile.
If original I-card is lost, duplicate I-card will be issued on depositing Rs. 500/- only for each.
CLC reserves the right to make any change in Study hours, time table etc.
If any information given by candidate is found incorrect or false, his/her admission will be cancelled without any refund.
Use of mobile phone for a student in CLC campus is strictly prohibited. The student shall be imposed monetary punishment, debarment from class or termination.
Refund Rules

- After 30 days of admission, there will be no fee refund.
- If the course fee is refunded, only the parents/guardians of the ward will be eligible to receive the amount.
- To receive a refundable amount, the parents/guardians must apply in writing.
- To change the course or batch allotted at the time of admission, applicable charges will be levied.
- If the original I-card is lost, a duplicate I-card will be issued on depositing ₹500.
- Refund requests through email, fax, telephone, mobile, or SMS will not be entertained.
- A student will be eligible for a refund only if the first installment of the fee has been deposited as per institute norms.
- In marginal cases where a student secures admission in Government Medical Colleges (MBBS) or IITs/NITs (B.Tech), a refund of 50% of the deposited tuition fee may be granted even after 28 days of admission.
- Original fee deposit receipt and student I-card must be attached with the refund request.
- There will be no refund after the deposition of the second installment.
- CLC reserves the right to make any changes in study hours, timetable, or related academic arrangements.
- If any information provided by the candidate is found to be incorrect or false, the admission will be cancelled without any refund.
- If any refund is payable, it shall be made through cheque only after deducting applicable charges plus GST.
- For any legal dispute, jurisdiction shall be Sikar (Rajasthan) only.
Note
- There will be no refund if complete payment of the first installment has not been made at the time of admission.
- No refund of any amount shall be done to any student if rusticated from the Institute on disciplinary grounds.
- These refund norms will be applicable till government not generate new refund policy.
