Documents Required for NEET 2024 Application Form

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG application form 2024 at neet.ntaonline.in. The last date for the application form for NEET 2024 is 9 March 2024, and the exam date is 5 May. The NEET Aspirants should keep a check on the list of documents required for NEET UG 2024.

  • Merge both documents (present and permanent) into a single PDF
  • Same document if present and permanent addresses are the same

Upload Document: Select the file from your device by clicking the "Upload" button or doing a similar operation. A file explorer window will appear, where you may locate and pick the document you want to upload.

Check Document Specifications: Before uploading a document, make sure it matches the size, format, and content criteria. Refer to the instructions included with each document type.

Submit and Review: After selecting a document, click the "Submit" or "Upload" button to begin the upload procedure. Once uploaded, double-check the document to ensure that it was properly connected and that it fulfills the set requirements.

Continue for Additional Documents: If you need to upload several documents, go through the process for each kind until all of the papers are uploaded.

Finalize and Submit Application: After uploading all papers and filling out all required areas of the application form, double-check the form for correctness. Submit your application once you've confirmed that everything is right.

Confirmation and Print Application: After successfully submitting your application, you will most likely receive a confirmation message or email. It is advised that you print a copy of your completed application form for your records.
