Who Conducts Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2025?
The state counselling is done in the state of Haryana by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research.
- 85 percent quota in the government colleges
- All seats in private medical and dental Colleges (including NRI/management seats)
MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) deals with the remaining 15 percent AIQ seats in a different way.

Haryana NEET Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Check the eligibility criteria both with regard to state quota and management / NRI quota.
In Regard to State Quota (85% Seats):
Domicile Requirement: The candidate needs to be a resident of the state of Haryana or have completed schooling in the state
Qualification: You must have passed the 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
The Minimum marks in PCB Subjects:
- General: 50%
- SC/ST/OBC: 40%
- PwD (UR): 45%
NEET UG 2025 Cutoff (Expected):
- General: 50th percentile (~137/720)
- SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile (~107/720)
- UR-PwD: percentile 45 (~121/720)
In Case of Management/NRI Quota Seats:
- There is no domicile prohibition
- Neet UG Qualified 2025
- Passed 10+2 With PCB and English
- Must complete Internet registration on DMER Haryana counselling portal.

Government Medical Colleges (State Quota – 85%):
- General (UR): 610+
- BC-A/BC-B: 580–600
- SC: 470–490

Private Medical Colleges:

Haryana NEET Counselling 2025- Registration and Choice filling
The steps on how to apply to NEET counselling in Haryana 2025 are as follows:
- Online Registration
Go to dmer.haryana.gov.in and complete NEET UG counselling entry form. Pay the registration fee:
- General/ UR: Rs. 4,000
- SC/BC/EWS: Rs. 1,000
- Upfront security deposit payment to make a choice of private college
- Document Upload
Submit photocopies of:
- NEET 2025 scorecard admit card
- 10th and 12th marksheets
- State quota domicile certificate
- Category certificate (if asked)
- Publication of Merit List
DMER Haryana publishes an interim and final DMER merit list on the basis of NEET UG 2025 score.
- Filling and Seat Allotment of Choices

- College reporting
After downloading the letter, which is an allotment letter, go to the allotted college in person with original documents.
