Step 2: Filling up the NEET exam application form

Step 3: Uploading scanned documents and images for the NEET 2025 Registration Form

Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their signature and photograph after completing the NEET 2025 form. Select "Upload Documents" to submit your files. The following papers require uploading.

• Passport photograph: The passport photo must be of passport dimensions, with a white backdrop, with the candidate's name and the date of the photograph inscribed beneath the image. The file size may vary from 10 KB to 200 KB when utilizing the JPEG format.
• Signature: The signature must be inscribed in black ink on white paper. The document should thereafter be scanned into a JPG file ranging from 4KB to 30 KB.
• Left-hand thumb impression: Candidates must submit a JPG image of their left-hand impression in blue ink on white paper. The size must range from 10kb to 200kb.
• Postcard size photo: Candidates must attach a postcard-sized photograph in JPG format. The photo's size must range from 10kb to 200kb.

Step 4: Pay the NEET UG Form Fee

The option to pay the NEET application fees for 2025 will be shown on the page once you have uploaded all documents by the requirements. Click on the 'Pay examination fee' button. Payments for NEET 2025 must be made online. The NEET 2025 application fee changes among the general, OBC/ST/SC, and EWS categories.

Step 5: Printing The NEET Acknowledgment receipt

• After payment of the application fee, you will receive a PDF confirmation page or an acknowledgment receipt. Your application for NEET 2025 has been successfully submitted.
• The NEET acknowledgment page or confirmation will be sent to both the email address and mobile number registered by the candidate.
• Candidates are asked to keep the acknowledgment receipt for future reference. They need to retain a copy of the acknowledgment receipt for future reference.
